Made with tender shrimp, seasoned sushi rice, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and creamy Japanese Inspired Mayo, this viral-inspired casserole delivers all the savory, umami-rich taste of sushi in a warm, shareable baked dish.

  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice
  • 1/4 cups cooked sushi rice
  • 1/4 cups Hellmann's Best Foods Japanese Inspired May
  • 1/4 cups sliced scallions
  • 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 medium medium clove garlic
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 pound raw shrimp deveined and tails removed
  • 1 pack roasted seaweed snack squares

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray 8-inch square baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. Press cooked sushi rice evenly onto bottom of the prepared baking dish; set aside.direction>

  3. In large bowl, combine, Hellmann’s® Japanese Inspired Mayo, scallions, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger until well blended. Cut shrimp into ½-inch pieces and add to mayonnaise mixture until well combined. Evenly spread shrimp mixture on top of rice.

  4. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes or until shrimp are thoroughly cooked. If desired, place under broiler for 2-3 minutes or until lightly browned.

  5. Serve hot, garnished, if desired, with a drizzle of Hellmann’s® Japanese Inspired Mayo, Siracha, toasted sesame seeds, chopped avocado. Scoop onto Seaweed Snack Squares and enjoy!
